1. High productivity: Triple pitches, with back twisting rate 33%, 1.5times productivity of common pair twisting machine

2. Usable switch: Both applicable on triple twisting and torsion free twisting, suitable for high quality wire materials

3. Stable tension: Remains stable take‐up tension from empty to full reel

4. Precise twist pitch: Servo motor controlling, PLC direct setting, tolerance within ±2%

5. High quality: Through large dia. of capstan pulley and guide pulleys, less blending, less damage on wire performance

6. Intelligent control: Twist pitch and back twisting rate controlled by PLC program, set on touch screen
