Rigid Frame Stranding Machine for Cu wire and Al wire
1.Application
The machine is mainly used for stranding and compacting of copper
or aluminum sector or round conductor, as well as pre-spiral sector
conductor etc.
This machine adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC together with Profibus to
unified control and coordinate the working condition,running and
speed control of each electric of the machine. The touch screen
adopts Siemens 12 inch color man-machine Interface. The machine
adopts Siemens MP277 color touch screen to display and set the
process parameters. The electrical control system has advanced
technology, convenient operation and reliable operation.
The use of digital wire-break detection can exact determine the
wire-break signal of each cage, and can display which section and
which bobbin wire break in the main operating panel with
touch-screen, so that the precision and accuracy of wire-brake
detection rate improved, to ensure that the measurement accuracy.
